If you do not agree with any of the provisions herein, please refrain from using this website or registering for the Event.

1. Event Organizer
SPIRITS OF THE SUN is powered by Marketing Venture, headquartered in Miami, FL. The event will take place in Tulum, Quintana Roo Mexico, on the dates announced on the official website.

2. Minimum Age
Attendance is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over, or as required by applicable law. Official identification may be requested at the entrance.

3. Registration and Attendance
Attendance at the event requires prior registration through the official channels indicated on this website. Tickets or passes are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized by the organizer. The Event reserves the right of admission, attendance and may modify the program, speakers, venues, or activities at any time, without prior notice, if necessary.

4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in USD/MXN and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Once payment is confirmed, tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of official event cancellation. If the event is canceled, the organizer will provide options such as a refund, credit, or ticket transfer to new dates, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law.

In cases of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer is not liable for compensation.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content — including texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, audio, and downloadable materials— is the property of the organizer or its respective authors and is protected under the Mexican Federal Copyright Law and applicable international treaties. Any reproduction, distribution, or public display of such material is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the organizer.

6. Event Conduct
All participants must maintain respectful and responsible behavior toward staff, speakers, and other attendees. The entry of illegal substances, weapons, hazardous objects, or any conduct that threatens the safety or environment of the Event is strictly prohibited. The Event may deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without the obligation to issue a refund.

7. Liability for Damage to the Facilities
Event participants agree to take care of and respect the facilities at all times. In the event that any participant causes damage to the facilities, furniture, equipment, or other property on-site, the event organizer shall not be held responsible for such damage. The responsible participant will be fully liable for covering the cost of repair or replacement resulting from their actions or omissions.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or theft occurring during the event. Additionally, the organizer does not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the website and is not liable for any technical failures or interruptions.

9. Use of Image and Media
Attendance at the Event implies tacit consent from participants to be photographed or recorded in video. Such materials may be used for promotional informational, or advertising purposes, in both digital and print formats. If you wish  to exercise your right not to appear in such materials, please notify the event team on-site or contact us via the official email.

10. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

When you register for the Event or interact with our website, we may collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, company, and payment details.
